Sec. 31 (2) (b) of Ord. 32 of 1935.

Robert George Witchell on or about the 25th September,

1938, at Victoria in this Colony being a Public Servant, to wit,

a Clerk in the Senior Clerical and Accounting Staff of the

Hong Kong Government, did embezzle the sum of $11.00 received

by you by virtue of your office.

Embezzlement by Clerk or Servant.

Sec. 31 (2) (b) of Ord. 32 of 1935.

Robert George Witchell on or about the 21st September,

1938, at Victoria in this Colony, being a Public Servant, to

wit a Clerk in the Senior Clerical and Accounting Staff of the

Hong Kong Government, did embezzle the sum of $11.00 received

by you by virtue of your office.

Victoria in this Colony, being a Public Servant, to wit, a Clerk

Government, did embezzle the sum of $11.00 received by you by
